In accordance with MGL Chapter 40A and the Townsend Zoning Bylaw, the Townsend Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a remote access virtual public hearing on Wednesday, March 30, 2022, at 5:45 p.m. on the application of Ovidiu Ilincaru and Krystal Ilincaru for a Special Permit under Zoning Bylaw §§145-65 & 145-36.
