The Planning Board will review an application received from Anthony Sabatino, ASC Enterprises, Inc., regarding a “Change in Use” proposal to redesign the property at 32 Main St., Assessor's Map 33, Block 60, Lot 0, zoned OCD (Outlying Commercial District), to open and operate a Food Truck Park providing food services accom- panied by mobile food trucks for take-out and sit-down picnic style park.
     The application is available for review at the Land Use Department, and Town Clerk, Offices at 272 Main St. during regular business hours or by emailing a request for digital copy to bfaxon@townsendma.gov. Parties wishing to speak in favor of, or in opposition to this proposal, may do so in writing prior to the hearing, or may join the hearing remotely in person, or represented by an agent or attorney. Interested parties are encouraged to attend.
