The hearing will be held virtually via Zoom meeting and in person at Town Hall, on a Notice of Intent (NOI) filed with the Conservation Commission by Pine Tree Trail Properties LLC. The property is located at 10-12 Spaulding Street (Assessor’s Map 34, Parcel 52).
     The proposed project will be to replace the existing failed leach field and to replace 3 septic tanks. Part of the construction will take place within 100 feet of a bordering vegetated wetland and within the 200 foot River- front Area.
