In accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 40A, § 11, the Subdivision Control Law (M.G.L. Chapter 41, §§ 81K – 81GG, including § 81T), Townsend General Bylaw Chapter 85 (NPDES Phase II Stormwater Management), Chapter 175, Article V (Stormwater Regulations), the Townsend Zoning Bylaw, and the Planning Board’s Subdivision Rules and Regulations, the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, May 11, 2026 at 6:45 p.m. in the Selectboard Chambers, Memorial Hall, 272 Main Street, Townsend, MA, and via Zoom, on two applications submitted by Belvidere Capital, LLC for: Approval of a definitive plan of a subdivision entitled “Definitive Plan for Seaver Road Extension” for a proposed 3-lot single-family residential subdivision and roadway extension of 560 feet located at 0 Seaver Road, Townsend, MA (Assessor’s Map 23, Block 4, Lot 0, Parcel ID 23-4-0); and a Major Stormwater Management Permit for the associated land-disturbance activities and stormwater management system.
The applications and all supporting documents are available for public review at the Town Clerk’s Office and the Land Use Department during regular business hours. Electronic copies may be requested by emailing planning@townsendma.gov. Zoom meeting information will be posted on the Town of Townsend website (www.townsendma.gov) calendar prior to the hearing.
