   The application and plans are available for review at the Planning Board, Land Use, and Town Clerk, Offices at 272 Main St. during regular business hours. Parties wishing to speak in favor of, or in opposition to this proposal may do so in writing prior to the hearing, or may appear at the hearing in person, or represented by an agent or attorney.  Interested parties are encouraged to attend.
