TOWNSEND CONSERVATION COMMISSION LEGAL NOTICE FOR NOTICE OF INTENT

  The Townsend Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on June 12, 2024, 7:15pm to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Dillis & Roy Civil Design Group and owned by Charles & Debra Greene for property located at 5 Saunders Rd Townsend MA, Map 10, Lot 55.3. The proposed project involves the construction of an addition to the existing single-family house, removal of an existing driveway, installation of a new driveway, drainage trench, removal of 15 trees and related site grading. Work will take place within the 100-ft. Buffer Zone. This is a joint hearing under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131 §40, as amended, and the Townsend Wetlands Bylaws and Regulations.
