TOWNSEND CONSERVATION COMMISSION LEGAL NOTICE FOR NOTICE OF INTENT

The Townsend Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on April, 24, 2023, 7:15pm to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Dillis & Roy Civil Design Group and owned by Timothy Sullivan for property located at 65 Adams Rd Townsend MA, Map 36, Lot 13.1.  The proposed project is for the removal of several outbuildings, sheds, and a garage to be replaced with a single-family home, septic system and utilities and construction of a septic system. Work will take place within the 100-ft. Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. This is a joint hearing under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131 §40, as amended, and the Townsend Wetlands Bylaws and Regulations.
