Pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Townsend Wetlands Bylaw, the Townsend Conservation Commission will hold a work session on Wednesday, May 11th, 2022 at approximately 7:20 pm. The session will be held virtually via Zoom meeting and in person at Town Hall, on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed with the Conservation Commission by Dan Proctor and Michael Berry. The property is located at 116 Wallace Hill Road (Assessor’s Map 34, Parcel 71, Lot 0).4.6
The proposed project is to replace a failed septic system within 100-feet of an intermittent stream.
