Notice is hereby given that the Town of Townsend, acting by its Affordable Housing Trust proposes to sell a parcel of real property owned by the Town, pursuant to applicable Massachusetts General Laws and local bylaws. Location and description of said parcel are below.
RFP responses will be received at the Land Use Office at the Townsend Town Hall until November 3, 2025, at 12:00 P.M (noon). Responses received after such time will not be accepted. Please visit the Townsend Affordable Housing Trust website for more information on the Request for Proposals.
