TOWN OF TOWNSEND CONSERVATION COMMISSION LEGAL NOTICE

   At its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 7:00pm in the Town Hall Second Level, The Townsend Conservation Commission will review a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) regarding the upgrade of the current septic system through the installation of a PRESBY-type system. Request submitted by Dillis and Roy Civil Design Group on behalf of the owners Mark & Nicole Laviolette from 18 Coppersmith Way, Townsend MA 01469.  Work will take place within the 100ft Buffer Zone. The Commission will make its determination in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. c.131 § 40, its associated Regulations (310 CMR 10.00) and the Town of Townsend General Wetland Bylaw.  The RDA is on file in the Commission office at the Town Hall.  Please call 978-597-1700 x1733 or email Conservation@Townsendma.gov to review the application.
