TOWN OF TOWNSEND CONSERVATION COMMISSION LEGAL NOTICE

 The Townsend Conservation Commission will convene on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at 7:00 pm in the Second Level of Town Hall to discuss a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) concerning the replacement of a 40,000 sqft section of a foundation and structure within an existing building. Request submitted by Sterilite Corp at 198 Main St Townsend MA 01469. Work will take place within the 100-ft buffer zone. The Commission will make its determination in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. c.131 § 40, its associated Regulations (310 CMR 10.00) and the Town of Townsend General Wetland Bylaw.  The RDA is on file in the Commission office at the Town Hall.
