LEGAL NOTICE

   Pursuant to the Townsend Wetlands Bylaw, the Townsend Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 7:15 pm. The hearing will be held virtually via Zoom meeting and in person at Town Hall on proposed amendments to the Townsend Wetland Regulations, Chapter 150 of the Townsend General Code.

   Proposed amendments to Chapter 150 include changes to § 150-2 General Provisions, § 150-3 Definitions, and § 150-4 Procedures. Hardcopies of the proposed amendments are available for review at Town Hall during business hours and an electronic version can be found at: www.townsendma.gov/conservation-commission

   Parties wishing to speak in support of, or in opposition to, these amendments may do so at the meeting or in writing prior to the meeting.
