TOWN OF GROTON REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR CONCEPT DESIGN FOR COW POND BROOK ROAD AND HOYTS WHARF ROAD IN GROTON, MA

The Town of Groton, Massachusetts, acting through its Town Manager seeks proposals from qualified designer, architectural and engineering firms to provide a Concept Design that will create a Master Plan for the land owned by the Town of Groton between Cow Pond Brook Road and Hoyts Wharf Road. Interested applicants should submit one (1) printed copy and one (1) electronic copy to Mark W. Haddad, Town Manager, Town Hall, 173 Main Street, Groton, MA with the subject Concept Design for Cow Pond Brook Road and Hoyts Wharf Road by 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 14, 2024.
