Town of Groton Conservation Commission Public Hearing

In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 8:15 p.m. to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed the Shelters Road LLC for renovations to an existing driveway, deck, and backyard at 156 Shelters Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 121-45).
