Public Hearing

   In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at 6:45 p.m. to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by Brigid Killian for the removal of two trees and minor site work at 24 Hoyts Wharf Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 248-37). The meeting will either be in-person at Town Hall or virtual via Zoom - please see https://www.grotonma.gov/events/ or call/email the office of the Conservation Commission at 978-448-1106 or conservation@grotonma.gov for details regarding the meeting information.
