TOWN OF GROTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION

  In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 6:55 p.m. to consider a Request of Determination of Applicability filed by Dane Krampitz for the removal of downed trees in Duck Pond at 260 Whiley Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcels 131-71).
