TOWN OF GROTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION

   In accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L Ch. 131, Sec. 40 and the Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. to consider a Request of Determination of Applicability filed by Shelters Road LLC for the removal of trees in the buffer zone at 156 Shelter Road (Groton Assessor’s Parcel 121-45).
