SCOREBOARD

The Groton Dunstable Boys Lacrosse team picked up their first win of the season at home last Thursday, the Crusaders overmatched their opponents in the attacking end and built up a 12-4 lead in the first half. Evan Laudenslager had six assists working behind the net, and seven different players got on the score sheet. That combined with a strong first half from a defensive unit led by goalie and captain Matt Lesser was too much for Westborough to overcome late in the game. The team is back in action this week, and will play Algonquin Regional on Tuesday, April 19, before a stretch of five away games. Photo by Matt Detora.
