player. Lutkevich - experienced lineman,

hard working, physical. Marken - up from

JV, lacks size but plays big! Yeadon - hard

TE but have size, good hands and are

working on blocking techniques.

Also OL: Ronnie Peck (10), David Fei

Peck played FB last year, but made

the move to line. He's a strong player

who shows excellent potential.

Fei - competing, rapidly learning.

Forbes - three year starter, has made

huge improvement; a leader; works

hard; has highest football IQ on team.

Eberhardt is an excellent passer/runner,

a good pass reader and could be a major

part of the Crusader offense. Coach

Asadoorian is pleased with how this

junior has progressed. Manning is a

dependable, big play player, explosive

and a very talented athlete.

Orlando is strong and an excellent

blocker. Lynch has outstanding speed

and is a dependable, powerful runner.

Tristan Lynch, Drew Moore, Ben Butler.

Mann - up from JV, motivated, athletic,

good speed. Lynch is competing at corner.

Stark is an intelligent player looking to

step up to varsity. McEvoy has the ability

and will help. Troy Jenkins (12) gives the

team depth at linebacker

Strengths: A team first attitude

dominates the way these players

work! "Extremely coachable group

with solid work ethics," lauds coach

Asadoorian. Good summer preparation

will pay. Strong linebacker group. Key

will be ability to make week-to-week

adjustments to the huge number of

offensive schemes.

Concerns: Lack of varsity experience

and depth. Success depends on how

quickly the team can pull all aspects

together. "We need to increase our

intensity," said Asadoorian.

Outlook: "Cautiously optimistic that

we can compete. We have the potential

to continue the success the program has

had over the past four years."
