NOTICES: Town Seeks Bids for Center Fire Station

The Town of Groton Board of Selectmen, hereby requests proposals from interested persons to purchase the parcel of land located at 20 Station Avenue, Groton Massachusetts, with a building thereon known as the Center Fire Station, which Land contains, 0.26 acre, more or less, and which Building contains 5,005 square feet, more or less. 

Request for Proposal forms can be obtained in the Board of Selectmen's Office beginning on February 19, 2014. The Board of Selectmen will conduct an optional bidders briefing and tour of the Premises on March 6, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Proposals are due in the Office of the Town Manager on March 21, 2014 by 10:00 a.m.
