Koeplman & Paige Attorney To Instruct Town Officials in Open Meeting Law Compliance

Town Counsel Kopelman and Paige will conduct Open Meeting Law Training for town officials at the Country Club on Sept. 14. K&P attorney Lauren Goldberg will run the session.

This training is a result of the ruling from the state's Attorney General's Office that cited the Board of Selectmen for Open Meeting Law violations when then Chairman Peter Cunningham conducted serial polling of members of the Board regarding waiving a building permit fee for a local business.
