Arts & Entertainment NRWA Outdoor Wellness Walking Program Nashua River Watershed Association's Outdoor Wellness Walking Program (NOWW) is looking for more participants. We're walking every week, Monday through Thursday at 8 a.m., on Nashua River Rail Trail. These wellness nature walks are led by NRWA's land, water, and education program directors. Walk for about 30 to 40 minutes each day; we accommodate all walking paces. Along with the exercise, have fun learning more about plants and animals along the trail. Don't just walk at the mall or on a treadmill. Join in for fresh air, interesting sights and information, and good company. NOWW walks are free and open to the public. Walk one day a week or up to four days a week. All ages welcome (no dogs). Locations are: Ayer: Mondays at 8 a.m.; Pepperell: Tuesdays at 8 a.m.; Groton: Wednesdays and Thursdays at 8 a.m. Pre-registration required.
