Nashoba Tech Auto-Body Program Receives National Accreditation

National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF) and National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) have accredited Nashoba Tech's program in areas of painting and refinishing; non-structural analysis/damage repair; plastics and adhesives; mechanical and electrical components; and structural analysis/damage repair.

To achieve recognition, the program underwent rigorous evaluation by NATEF, using nationally accepted standards of excellence in instruction, facilities and equipment. Upon completion, NATEF recommended that Nashoba Tech be accredited by ASE.

Nashoba Tech instructors Tom Beaulieu and Mike Robichaud have worked closely with NATEF to ensure that the program meets strict industry standards. Both instructors hold Master ASE certification.

Beaulieu and Robichaud said national accreditation means students will be assured of a quality education, and shop owners will be assured of hiring quality job applicants from Nashoba Tech's Automotive Collision Repair & Refinishing program.
