Scenic Road Stone Wall Alteration, Old Dunstable Road

Public Hearing Notice Scenic Roads Permit 
– 330 Old Dunstable Road
In accordance with the provisions of Sections 184-3 and 381- 48 of the Code of the Town of Groton, the Planning Board and Tree Warden will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at 7:00 PM in the Town Hall to consider the application submitted by Richard Lewis to alter 20 feet of stone wall within the right-of-way located at 330 Old Dunstable Road (Assessors Map 248; Parcel 6). The applicant proposes to create a new driveway and will relocate the displaced stones to close off an existing barway in the wall.
     Copies of the application and plan are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability. Further, a signed translation of this public hearing will be provided for the hearing impaired upon request by contact- ing the Planning Board at (978) 448-1105 at least ten days prior to the hearing.
