Public Hearing Notice Scenic Roads Application – Removal of Public Shade Trees, Martins Pond Road

  In accordance with the provisions of Sections 184-3 and 381-48 of the Code of the Town of Groton, the Planning Board and Tree Warden will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 7:00 PM, to consider the application submitted by Groton Electric Light Department to remove two (2) public shade trees within the right-of-way of Martins Pond Road.  The trees are located near Pole #48 and Pole #50, between 315 and 337 Martins Pond Road.

Copies of the application and plan are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall.
