PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

At their regularly scheduled meeting, the  Dunstable Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 24, 2025, 6:30 pm to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Sharon Demers for property owned by Sharon Demers and located at 157 Off Pond Street, Map 13, Block 55 Lot 0.  Ms. Demers is proposing an after-the-fact Notice of Intent for the construction of a landscape wall, patio, stairs and associated grading within the 100-ft. Buffer Zone of a Bordering Vegetated Wetland. In addition, proposing to replace a shore wall in-kind and plantings. Erosion controls shall be set and maintained for the duration of the project.  This is a joint hearing under the requirements of MGL Ch. 131 §40, as amended, and the Dunstable Wetlands Protection Bylaw and Regulations, as amended.  Plans are available at the Commission’s office at Town Hall, 511 Main Street, Dunstable, MA.  For information email: CRock@Dunstable-MA.GOV
