Public Hearing Notice

   Under the authority granted under Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 111, Section 31, the Groton Board of Health will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 2, 2025 at 6:30PM in the 1st Floor Meeting Room at the Groton Town Hall to consider the application for the following variances from the Local Well Regulations submitted by Dillis & Roy Civil Design Group on behalf of Alan Ackerman & Tania Berk:

1) Chapter 330, Section 330-6 (C) Well Location within 100’ of a leaching facility

2) Chapter 330, Section 330-6 (C) Well Location within 100’ of a sewer line

3) Chapter 330, Section 330-6 (C) Well Location within 50’ of a property line

4) Chapter 330, Section 330-6 (C) Well Location within 100’ of surface water/wetland

The property is located at 71-73 Shenandoah Road.

   Copies of the proposed variance request are on file in the Board of Health’s office in Town Hall.
