Under the authority granted under Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 111, Section 31, the Groton Board of Health will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, December 4, 2023 at 6:30PM in the 1st Floor Meeting Room at the Groton Town Hall to consider the application for the following variances from the Local Well Regulations submitted by Tim Dionne of Skillings and Sons on behalf of property owner Anthony Hauck:
1) Chapter 330, Section 330-6(C) Well Location
The property is located at 14 Rustic Trail.
Copies of the p4.2 roposed variance request are on file in the Board of Health’s office in Town Hall.
