To Craig A. Bennett and Lorie L. Bennett both of the town of Groton,
County of Middlesex, Commonwealth of Massachusetts 
AND TO ALL PERSONS ENTITLED TO
THE BENEFIT OF THE SOLDIERS’AND SAILORS’
CIVIL RELIEF ACT OF 1940 AS AMENDED:
Main Street Bank as successor in interest by merger between Marlborough Savings Bank and North Middlesex Savings Bank, a banking institution with a usual place of business in Marlborough, Middlesex County, Massachusetts claiming to be the holder of a mortgage covering property situated in Groton, MA and being numbered 24 Fir Road, Groton, MA given by Craig A. Bennett and Lori L. Bennett to North Middlesex Savings Bank dated 12/11/2006 recorded in the Middlesex South District Registry of Deeds, Book 48671, Page 427 with a Confirmatory Mortgage dated 5/6/2014 being recorded with said Registry of Deeds in Book 63587, Page 124, has filed with said court a Complaint for authority to foreclose said mortgage in the manner following: by entry on and possession of the premises therein described and by exercise of the power of sale contained in said mortgage.
     If you are entitled to the benefits of the Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Civil Relief Act of 1940 as amended, and you object to such foreclosure you or your attorney should file a written appearance and answer in said court at Woburn in said County on or before the 14th day of March, 2022 or you may be forever barred from claiming that such foreclosure is invalid under said Act.
