Planning Board Public Hearing Notice Town Center Overlay District, Special Permit & Site Plan Review
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at 7:00 PM to consider the applications submitted by Groton Lowell Road LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan Review for six (6) residential apartment units to be located in the existing building at 11 Lowell Road, a.k.a. Waters House (Assessors’ Parcel 113-11). The subject property is located in the Town Center Overlay District.
