Planning Board Public Hearing Notice Special Permits & Site Plan Review for Age-Restricted Housing
In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at 7:30 PM to consider the applications submitted by Melissa Robbins on behalf of 119 Partners, LLC. The applications are for a Special Permit under the provisions of Groton Zoning Bylaw Section 218-9.3B Multifamily Age-Restricted Housing; a Special Permit under the provisions of Section 218-7.2 Water Resource Protection Districts; and Major Site Plan Review under the provisions of Section 218-2.5. The proposed project is for construction of 24 age-restricted housing units with associated parking, utilities, drainage, and amenities. Twelve of the units (50%) will be affordable.
