Planning Board Public Hearing Notice Special Permits & Site Plan Review for Age-Restricted Housing

   In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at 7:30 PM to consider the applications submitted by Melissa Robbins on behalf of 119 Partners, LLC. The applications are for a Special Permit under the provisions of Groton Zoning Bylaw Section 218-9.3B Multifamily Age-Restricted Housing; a Special Permit under the provisions of Section 218-7.2 Water Resource Protection Districts; and Major Site Plan Review under the provisions of Section 218-2.5. The proposed project is for construction of 24 age-restricted housing units with associated parking, utilities, drainage, and amenities.  Twelve of the units (50%) will be affordable.  The subject site is located at 797 Boston Road (Assessors’ Parcel 133-49).You may attend this virtual public hearing on Zoom at or by calling (312) 626 6799 or (929) 205 6099 (Webinar ID: 857 6148 7376).

   Copies of the application are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability.
