Special Permit for Cooking School/Catering/Culinary Studio

   In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, M. G. L., and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, October 13, 2022, at 7:30 PM to consider the application submitted by Esquared Hospitality Ventures LLC under the provisions of Groton Zoning Bylaw Section 218-5.2 Schedule of Use Regulations and 218-5.5 Special Use Considerations.  The proposed use is a cooking school, culinary studio, events space, catering, and café to be located at 491 Main Street, Unit E, in Mill Run Plaza (Assessors’ Parcel 216-1.1E).

   Copies of the application are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk’s office in the Town Hall.
