Planning Board Public Hearing Notice Site Plan Review – Auto Sales, 14 Town Line Road

In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40A, §§ 9 and 11, and the Code of the Town of Groton, Chapter 218, the Groton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 7:00 PM, in the Groton Town Hall, to consider the Major Site Plan Review application submitted by Aline Gomes de Morais for a change of use at 14 Town Line Road (Assessors’ Parcel 203-34).  The proposed use is auto sales (pre-owned vehicles).  The dealership will feature approximately 20 pre-owned vehicles at any given time on the existing premises.

   Copies of the application are on file in the Planning Board office and the Town Clerk’s office in Town Hall. The Town of Groton does not discriminate on the basis of disability. A signed translation of this public hearing will be provided for the hearing impaired upon request by contacting the Planning Board at (978) 448-1105 at least one week prior to the hearing.
