PEOPLE: Heather Hoglund Joins Special Film Project

Heather Hoglund, Groton native and recent graduate of Emerson College, has joined the team at Community Supported Film (CSFilm) in Boston for their latest project, Haitian Perspectives in Film.

Using CSFilm's documentary filmmaking training model, Haitian storytellers will be trained in the production of 10 short films. The films will focus on the causes of and solutions to the economic and social development challenges Haitians Have faced since the 2010 earthquake. The Haitian-made Short films will be released as a compilation in time for the fifth year anniversary of the earthquake in January 2015.

Hoglund has joined the teams Crowdfunding Campaign Coordinator to assist in raising funds for the project.
