Megan Brown and Joseph Minifie Wed

Megan Brown, daughter of Doug and Becky Brown of Bluffton, SC, and Joseph Minifie, son of Mary Minifie and the late Jonathan Minifie of Groton, were married on June 21, 2014 in Boston.

The ceremony was officiated by the Reverend Pamela Werntz at Emmanuel Church on Newbury Street. A reception hosted by the bride's parents was held at the Fairmont Copley Plaza.

The bride's sister, Kristen Brown, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Chelsey Cioffoletti, Katie Colgan, Margot Grant, Margaret Pyle, Erica Rodas, and Stephanie Vogt. The groom's brother, Samuel Minifie, was best man. Groomsmen were Jaideep Chawla, Lewis Hackett, Rudy Hersh, Jeff Postera, Mike Snyder, and Peter Tully.

The bride graduated from Ridgefield High School in 2004, Bucknell University in 2008, and Tufts University in 2012. She is a school psychologist for Pearre Creek Elementary School in Franklin, TN.

The groom graduated from the Groton School in 2004 and Trinity College in 2008. He is completing a pre-doctoral internship in clinical psychology at Vanderbilt University.

Following their wedding, the couple spent time on Chesapeake Bay before moving from Virginia to Nashville, TN where they now live.
