Groton Woman’s Club welcomed Kara Fossey (pictured center) from the Groton History Center who gave a wonderful presentation at their February meeting. Kara, here with club members Joan Guimond and Julie Marston, took recollections from Groton resident, Clara Elizabeth Bywater, who wrote of life as a child in town one hundred years ago, complete with many photos of old Groton.
