NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

   In accordance with Chapter 40, section 42-A to 42-I, of the Massachusetts General Laws and the Town of Groton Usage Fee Regulations, the Board of Groton Water Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing, in the 1st Floor Meeting Room of the Town Hall on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 7:30 P.M. in order to consider the System Development Fees associated with Groton Farms, Chapter 407-10, subparagraph D – “Unusual Circumstances” associated with this project.
