BUSINESS: Closing on Several Boynton Meadows Properties Expected Soon

Boynton Meadows, also known as 134 Main street, is a mixed use/residential development featuring retail, business and professional units. Work at the site started with total renovation of the historic home at 134 Main containing commercial/ business, along with several units of housing. All the units in the building are under agreement except the one affordable unit. All units, both residential and business are structured to be sold as condo units, except the Café-Pub in the basement, which may be leased. In fact, the Café-Pub is still not leased and could be sold as a condo unit if there is an interested buyer.

The next phase of the development involves building a model condo unit for interested buyers.
