Thanks for NRWA Auction Success

Dear Editor,

On behalf of the Nashua River Watershed Association (NRWA) and the Auction 2012 Committee, we would like to thank the individuals and businesses whose support and help made NRWA Auction 2012 a success.

Our festive evening at the Sheraton Four Points, a stone's throw from our beloved river, in Leominster, was made possible by the hard work and generous support of many. More than 500 items and services were donated to our Live, Silent, and Online auctions from every community in our watershed and beyond-even as far away as Seattle. We had wonderful participation by nearly 200 guests at the live event and dozens of online bidders. The generous support of all our Auction sponsors, donors, attendees, and online bidders is greatly appreciated.

And a special thanks to all our volunteers who worked so diligently to make this event a wonderful experience for our guests and a fundraising success for the NRWA. This event is a huge undertaking and your tireless efforts and enthusiasm was so reflected in the smiling faces of our auction attendees. We are very grateful to have you on our team.

Proceeds from Auction 2012 support the NRWA's vital work to protect natural resources and provide environmental education programs in 32 communities. Thank you to all!

Sincerely,

Judy Larter and Mary Dacquino
