   The Dunstable Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, November 21st at 6:40pm at the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, lower level, regarding the application by Ellen Logiodice for a Special Permit under Section 11.7 of the Town of Dunstable Zoning Bylaw.  The applicant wishes to create a backland lot and construct a single-family dwelling on the westerly side of River Street, south of dwelling #245. The subject parcel contains 5.16 acres with 50’ of frontage on River Street, Dunstable, MA assessor’s map 2 block/lot 7, and is located in the R-1 Residential zone. Owner of the property is Ronald & Ann Patenaude, 158 River Street, Dunstable, MA 01827.

   The Select Board has scheduled a public hearing with the Board of Assessors, within a regular Select Board meeting, on Monday, November 21, 2022, at 7:15 p.m. at the Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, 2nd Floor Meeting Room. The purpose of this hearing is to receive comments on the issue of adopting a tax levy percentage for Fiscal Year 2023.  All interested parties are encouraged to attend.

Scenic Roads Application – 16 & 42 Maple Avenue

   In accordance with the provisions of Sections 184-3 and 381-48 of the Code of the Town of Groton, the Planning Board and Tree Warden will hold a virtual public hearing via Zoom on Thursday, December 1, 2022, at 7:00 PM, to consider the application submitted by Daniel Gladu to remove six (6) public shade trees within the right-of-way located at 16 and 42 Maple Avenue (Assessors Map 212; Parcel 20; Lots 1 and 2).
