PUBLIC NOTICE
The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at 7:00 pm in the Town Hall, upstairs to convene the hearing for the application of Halsey Platt (agent for Blackman), 31 Adams St., Groton, MA, for a special permit to alter a non-conforming structure on Lot 112-48, 261 Main St., Groton, MA. Please refer to Section 218-6 and 218-20 and any other applicable section of the Groton Zoning By-Law.
