Dunstable Planning Bd. Hearing on Proposed Zoning Amendments

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

    The Dunstable Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 7:35 p.m. in the Dunstable Town Hall, 511 Main Street, lower level, regarding proposed amendments to the “Zoning Bylaw of the Town of Dunstable” and the “Zoning Map of Dunstable, Mass.” pursuant to Chapter 40A, Section 5, of the Massachusetts General Laws, as follows:

  1. Adding a new Town Center District as an overlay zoning district, by adding a new Section 22, modifying certain provisions of Section 3a and Section 6, amending the Zoning Map of Dunstable, Mass. by designating the new Town Center District; and
  2. Amending Section 12, Parking and Loading Areas, by making changes to parking and loading requirement for various uses and allowing for decreased off-street parking by special permit or site plan approval.
  3. Deleting Section 28 Temporary Moratorium on Marijuana Establishments and replacing Section 27 Registered Marijuana Dispensaries with a new Section 27 Marijuana Establishments

    Anyone wishing to be heard on these matters should appear at the time and place specified above. Complete text and map of the proposed amendments to the Zoning Bylaw may be viewed at the Dunstable Town Hall, Office of the Board of Selectmen, 511 Main Street, Dunstable, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday or by appointment.
