2 ConCom Hearings on Structures Near Wetlands

PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, M. G. L. Chapter 131, Section 40, as amended, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at 7:30 PM at the Groton Town Hall, 173 Main Street, 2nd floor meeting room, to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) submitted by Henry R. Amistadi and Jessica Engels to replace an existing retaining wall within 100-feet of Lost Lake/Knops Pond. The work will occur on Groton Assessors' Parcel 129-162.

Copies of the RDA are on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.

GROTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, MGL Ch. 131, §40, as amended, and the Town of Groton Wetlands Protection Bylaw, the Groton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at 7:15 PM at the Groton Town Hall, 2nd floor meeting room, 173 Main Street, to consider a Notice of Intent (NOI) submitted by Joe Cutler for construction of a new single family house with a culvert replacement of an existing wetland crossing, septic system, and associated grading. The property is located on Hill Road on Groton Assessors' Parcel 104-2.

Copies of the NOI are on file in the Commission office in the Town Hall.
