Legal Notice Town of Dunstable Invitation for Bids: Mowing, Landscaping, and Field Maintenance Services

 The Town of Dunstable, acting through its Parks Commission, is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and firms for Spring and Fall cleanups, mowing, fertilization, planting bed and field maintenance services. 

   Copies of the IFB outlining the requirements for submission is available for download from the Town’s website as of January 14, 2026 at dunstable-ma.gov/town-administrator/pages/invitations-bid-requests-proposals. All questions and requests for additional information shall be directed to Jason Silva, Town Administrator, at jsilva@dunstablema.gov. 

   Qualified applicants shall submit sealed bids to:

   All proposals are due to the Town of Dunstable by February 17, 2026 at 10:00 AM. 

   Any contract issued in response to a successful bid must be approved by the Dunstable Parks Commission. The Town of Dunstable reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and reserves the right not to make an award on this contract if doing so is in the best interest of the Town.
