The Groton-Dunstable Regional School District is seeking sealed Bids for a contractor to perform a Natural Turf Field Restoration at Groton-Dunstable Regional High School.
Bids may be obtained, beginning at 8:00AM on Monday, February 1, 2021 at:

Note: Due to COVID-19 precautions, it is preferred that bid documents be distributed electronically. Bid documents can be requested via email at skersey@gdrsd.org. Arrangements can be made for RFP package pickup if necessary.
All bids must be received no later than 11:00AM, Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at the Groton- Dunstable Regional School District, Office of the Director of Finance and Operations, Attn: Sherry Kersey, 344 Main Street, Groton, Massachusetts 01450.
All bids must be sealed and clearly marked:
“Natural Turf Field Restoration – Groton-Dunstable Regional High School”
At 11:00AM, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The Groton-Dunstable Regional School District, the awarding authority, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any informality, investigate the ability of vendors to honor a bid, and select a bid and award a contract considered to be in the best interest of the Groton-Dunstable Regional School District.
