HDC on 113 Main St. CA for Granite Pavers

Groton Historic Districts Commission PUBLIC HEARING
113 Main Street ASSESSORS MAP 113-20-0
In accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40C, the Groton Historic Districts Commission (GHDC) will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 20, 2021, at 7:50 pm at The Groton Town Hall, First Floor Meeting Room, 173 Main Street, Groton, MA 01450. This meeting will be held to consider the application submitted by applicants, Joni and Patrick Parker-Roach seeking a Certificate of Appropriateness for 113 Main Street, Assessors Map 113-20-0, to install 7” by 10” granite pavers in the front of their home and NOA Gallery. Also, to add a “seat height” boulder. Copies of the application and supporting materials are available for review by contacting the GHDC via the Land Use Dept, 2nd floor of the Town Hall.
