"Taste of Nashoba Valley"

The fourteenth annual "Taste of Nashoba Valley," produced by Nashoba Valley Chamber of Commerce will be Tues., March 24, 5:30-8 p.m. at Lawrence Academy's Stone Athletic Center in Groton. 

 Hilton Garden Inn, Great American Grill, SpringHill Suites by Marriott and the Devens Common Center are sponsors. According to Mike Egan, Regional VP of Sales & Marketing for parent company True North Hotel Group, they continue to sponsor because "the Taste of Nashoba is a great community event. In this economy it is important to continue to network and market your business. We find the Nashoba Valley Chamber has a lot of ways to help us do that, including our partnership with them for the Taste of Nashoba." 

Representatives from area's finest restaurants, caterers, gourmet and ethnic markets, wineries, brew houses and local purveyors of fine liquors will offer samples of food and beverages. It is estimated that there will be 35-40 vendors this year. Vendors signed up include: 110 Grill, Annie's Gluten-Free Bakery, Bailey's Bar & Grille, Bliss Bakery, Bull Run Restaurant, Burton's Grill, Carlson Orchards, Inc., Coleman Catering, Devens Common Center, Devens Grill, DoubleTree by Hilton, Evivva Cucina, FeastTivities Catering, Golden Girl Granola, Groton Wellness, Holiday Inn Boxborough, Jack O'Lantern Wine & Spirits, Mariano's Ristorante, Michele's Totally Awesome Gourmet Popcorn, Red Tail Golf Club, Rivercourt Residences, Shriver Job Corps Center, Stonehedge Inn, The Great American Grill, The Outlook Restaurant at Nashoba Valley Ski Area/Sunset Tiki Bar and Grill, Trudie's Treats, Wachusett Brewery, Concord's Colonial Inn, Zyr Russian Vodka, and Nashoba Café @ Nashoba Valley Medical Center. 

Attendees will vote for "People's Choice" award, giving guests final say as to who is "Best in the Nashoba Valley."  Cost $25 in advance and for seniors (age 62+)and $30 at the door. For more info call (978) 772-6976.
