RITE OF SPRING: Save The Date

Believe it or not - all this snow and ice will soon be gone and the wonderful little plants hiding underneath, just waiting for the sunshine, will soon emerge from their rest just in time to be shared with area gardeners.

This year the Groton Garden Club Annual Plant Sale will be held Saturday May 9 at Groton Town Hall, 8:30 a.m. -noon.

This is a perfect opportunity to select just the right plant for Mother's Day, which falls on May 10. Again this year there will be a huge selection of culinary herbs, fabulous perennials from members gardens, and experts to help select plants for sunny or shady locations. A
