A Red Cross Blood Drive will be held Tues. May 26, 2-7 p.m. at Groton Country Club, 94 Lovers Lane, Groton. Donors must be 17 years old (16 with parental permission) and 110 pounds. No upper age limit. Each pint collected can help up to three patients.
Every two seconds, someone needs a blood transfusion. We must collect 3000 pints of blood a day in New England to meet needs. All donors can enter to win a pair of Boston Red Sox tickets and to be honored on the field as the Blood Donor of the Game!
